Our kiln-dried firewood is ultra dry (under 15% moisture), meaning faster ignition, higher heat, and a cleaner, more consistent burn — all essential for that perfect pizza cook. With no added chemicals or accelerants, just pure hardwood, you get a natural flame and a crisp, charred crust every time.

Your pizza oven wood is delivered in a set of 3 compact, fully recyclable boxes — neatly packed inside a sturdy outer box for cleaner transport and easier handling. Each box holds around 8–10kg of kiln-dried hardwood, cut to fit most domestic and professional pizza ovens.
There’s no plastic anywhere in the packaging — just cardboard and burnable paper tape. Stack the boxes by your oven or bring one straight into the kitchen, ready for your next cook.
Every order is Ready to Burn Certified (Defra Woodsure, Cert No: WS7101/00001) for cleaner, safer fires in all areas, including smoke control zones.
