Why Use Wood in Outdoor Kitchens?
If you’ve built an outdoor kitchen, you deserve fuel that does it justice. Whether you’re roasting seasonal veg, grilling burgers over flame, or baking flatbreads in a wood-fired oven, the right wood makes all the difference.
Our kiln-dried hardwood logs are ultra-dry (under 15% moisture), meaning they light fast, burn hot, and stay steady. No smoke clouds, no flare-ups — just a natural, clean flame every time.
