We offer ash, oak, and birch kiln-dried logs, plus cooking wood and collections sorted by appliance (woodburners, pizza ovens, BBQ/grill, chimineas, saunas, hot tubs, camping burners, narrowboats, and more).
- Logs: 3-box, 6-box, 12-box, 24-box, or pallet (48 boxes). Each box is 8–10 kg.
- Firestarters: 120, 240, 360, or 480 pieces.
- Kindling: 6 kg, 13 kg, 16 kg or 32 kg.
- Swedish torch: 3-pack, each log weighing approximately 4.8 kg.
We use FSC-certified cardboard boxes with burnable paper tape. Log boxes include handle holes for easier lifting and stacking.
Our logs are packed in sets of 3 boxes (around 8–10 kg each) inside one outer carton. For easier handling, simply open the carton and move the inner boxes individually. Always use safe lifting practices and take care when handling heavy items.
Royal Mail and Parcelforce deliveries are made to your door only — drivers are not able to carry parcels inside or to a room of your choice.

Yes — you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorised. Please contact us first so we can issue a returns form. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are returned without prior request.
